NZREC 2025: Putting People First in Real Estate Sales Yesterday, our sales team had the privilege of attending NZREC 2025 in Auckland. We came away feeling inspired, better informed, and energised to grow our business while improving the way we serve our clients. From the moment the day began, one message stood out: in real estate, people come first. Chris Helder’s session on meaningful communication reinforced that true connection starts with listening, which is crucial when helping clients navigate big decisions. Aaron Shiner followed with practical tools to enhance client engagement, from smart follow-up systems to real-time updates. We’re excited to implement these strategies to make our service more responsive, personal and proactive. The highlight for us was hearing from Sam Stubbs of Simplicity. His powerful message on trust and transparency really struck a chord. His vision for New Zealand’s financial future, driven by ethical, nonprofit KiwiSaver investment was both inspiring and thought-provoking. We left NZREC with practical tools, fresh ideas and a renewed sense of purpose. Most importantly, it reminded us why we do what we do: to help people make informed, confident decisions when buying or selling property in Wellington.
