There are many roles in a strong Real Estate team. Depending on your specified skills, you may work more with buyers, vendors, supplier bookings, and so on. We are proud to introduce our newest member of the team, and buyer specialist; Lilli-Rose Rogers!

Lilli’s role in our team involves buyer matching, which consists of calling up open home attendees for feedback, sending properties to her clients who are looking for their next home or investment and helping them put their offers in when the time comes, gently guiding them through the process from start to finish. Her role is basically that of a consultant, making sure all her client’s needs are met and questions answered.

Real Estate runs through Lilli’s veins. She has always known Real Estate was for her from watching family who have been in the industry since before she was born. She started out as an open home helper, which further pushed her in to her career path. Watching people fall in love with their future homes just made her fall in love with the job even more.

Lilli has a range of strengths that make her an asset to the team. Property transactions are one of the most stressful processes a person may come across in life, so Lilli’s natural calm and poised demeanour helps reassure her clients, all while maintaining a cheerful manner. Her diploma in interior design as well as her certification of Home Staging & Property Styling, gives Lilli a keen sense for details while setting up listings to go online, giving her vendors peace of mind. Having been a part of Real Estate in all areas, she brings a unique blend of expertise to the team.

We look forward to seeing Lilli bloom in her new role in prospecting as well as grow in her buyer specialist role. For now, she hopes to absorb as much as she can, and we can’t wait to see her thrive in the job she was born to do.
